He instructed to complete the tirering work of the Arki-Bashil link road and the conservation and repair work of Mamlig to Kot road.

Dr. Shandil said that 40 transformers would be installed at a cost of Rs 150 crore to maintain the smooth power system in Kandaghat area. He also directed Tehsildar Kandaghat to select land for setting up 33 KV power sub-station in Waknaghat area. He instructed to complete within a year the lift drinking water scheme to be built at a cost of Rs 55 lakh for management of drinking water problem in various gram panchayats adjoining Kandaghat, Waknaghat and Chail areas.

He instructed to fix the day and time for distribution of drinking water in Mamlig area so that better drinking water facility could be available to the residents of the area.

Dr. Shandil directed the tourism department to complete the conservation, promotion and repair work of Chail Palace at a cost of Rs 50 lakh and water tank at Sadhupul at a cost of Rs 10 lakh.
